Seems like a good idea to me. Hallmarking does increase demands on a node, so we should set up the hallmark on a reasonably heavyweight VPS/node.

I'll ask klee if he can generate a hallmark for us, in any case, then see where we can use it best.

We'll probably need to write a script to output hallmarks for all of the nodes. It's different hallmark per node.
