DDOS protection for nxtforums.org

Looks to me like the new forum is at over-capacity, either just too much traffic migrating from BTT or a DDOS.....or both.

I would like to propose that InfCom offers to finance 50% of the costs for some hardcore hosting and DDOS protection, if the community is prepared to donate to cover the rest.

(I'm going for 50% from NXT funds, and 50% from donations/share sales/whatever because I really don't want people to get into the habit of turning to the committees every time NXT needs something. We need to get into the habit of being as self-supporting as possible because one day there will be no central fund to turn to........)

This is my idea, so I'm stepping out of the voting process as of now.
