Why not? Its not like we would need any new code or anything either. All we would need is to define some syntax and pay some people to run some servers to search through arbitrary messages and look for said syntax.

My first response is : not an infrastructure issue. Its a workable idea, tho', probably best to set up a DAC to implement, run and monetise it.
