Easy VPS node setup

It should be easier to setup VPS NRS nodes. I imagine a debian apt package that has everything needed for easy NRS node management (download/update of NRS, working init.d scripts, etc.)

    ferment: Amazon AMI and other types of images would be good too. Recipes for puppet, chef, and other CFM software. Docker files, etc.I have all the parts. I just haven't packaged it.

    I think there are two paths (both needed):

    Admin path: apt packages + documentation/scripts/recipes Cloud path: using cloudinit or images, nodes run as "black box" with no linux admin experience required. This would allow anyone to contribute to the network irrespective of skill level.

    Also needs to be able to install the package so that NRS is started automatically at startup.
