HTML links are not path relative

Issue #12 wontfix
Chris Socha
created an issue

When viewing the website using poole.py --serve, and going to localhost:8080 everything appears to work fine. When looking directly at the pages in the /output folder, these longer appear to work fine.

Looking through the generated HTML source, it looks as though links are not path relative (i.e. links are absoulte).

I am not sure if this is a bug, or i am missing something.

Thanks

Yes, you're right. But be aware that this might cause problems in case you have a nested dir structure with markdwon files in the input folder while the page.html template contains relative links to a CSS file. For this reason / has been chosen as a default, it should work in any case (though it requires to serve the site also locally in order to view it).
