CipherSafe Ent 1.5.5.0 - Add profile value Greyed out

Hi,

I am running CipherSafe Ent 1.5.5.0. When I tried to add a a profile value, it is greyed out for all Web applications. It works for executable.

Please refer to the attached image.

I have another server running the same exact setup and it works.

Please advise.

This looks like the Key manager service is not running or registration info gets corrupted. Most likely, not a bug.
