Less items in the menu

I think it would be better to have less first level item in the navigation menu. I would for instance add "search", "reports" and "dashboards" under the same menu the same way, ES does for instance. I wonder as well if we should merge "help and support" and "octamis", but a bit less sure about this. What do you think?

What do you think about "Native" for the name of the menu ?
