provide migration instructions for long term metrics from previous nmon app

Hi,

we are using the older nmon-*-apps successfully in production for some time now.

But since the new metricator apps support the new splunk metrics store, we want to switch to it.

‌

Is there a way to migrate the gathered metrics from the nmon index to the new metric index?

Migration of existing data set is a complex task with lots of caveats, it is much preferable to have both product running in parallel for a required amount of time
