beta last minute fix - error log generates exception with Perl

ERROR ExecProcessor - message from "/opt/splunkforwarder/etc/apps/TA-metricator-for-nmon/bin/fifo_consumer.sh" Minute '59.19' out of range 0..59 at /opt/splunkforwarder/etc/apps/TA-metricator-for-nmon/bin/nmonparser.pl line 3316

Due to "ERROR,T*" generated by Nmon and can run in collision with time stamping identification.

To avoid this, fifo_reader will parse at write time to log these events into a separated file excluded from parsing
