Rename to django-djaboto

Due to the non-responsive owner of "django-boto" in PyPi, we must avoid name collision by changing our project name. After this project is renamed and tested, we need to add this as a PyPi project ASAP to secure the stable name and avoid issues in the future.

Additionally, during the renaming, we should move the AWS components to a subclass named "ec2" for eventual (hopefully) inclusion/merge in django-boto.
