dJointAddPRForce and dJointPistonAddTorque

It should be great to add the folowing functions to PR and piston joints:

• dJointAddPRForce (add PR torque already exists),
• dJointPistonAddTorque (add Piston force already exists)

Because these functions are useful and already implemented for otherjoints.
