dInfiniteAABB missing from DLL in 0.13.1

In my D binding, I dynamically load the ODE shared library at runtime. When building with premake (gmake option) on Windows, dInfiniteAABB is present in the 0.13 DLL, but missing in 0.13.1. I confirmed this with Dependency Walker.
