Tests failing on platforms other than x86_64

Hello,

The test suite for ODE 0.16 is failing on, at least, i686, armhf, aarch64, but not on x86_64. Disabling tests allows building ODE on all these platforms. See, for example

The problem in the aarch64 log (and other similar platforms that do not have native atomics) was fixed short after 0.16 release (commit #2143) and is available in “0.16.x” branch. I did not rebuild the archive nor did I do a new patch release because we don’t really have many users and the person, who originally reported the problem, said he would rebuild the library for himself on his own.

NOTE: Get the latest commit of 0.16.x branch for the tests fix. I don’t want to repack a new patch release just for that alone.
