Recognize "Platinum" partners

Some OERu partners are making an additional financial contribution to the network. There should be some way to recognize them on the web site.

Possible solution:

1. Icon or graphic on the individual partner page to signify a platinum member
2. A filter on the http://oeru.org/oeru-partners/ page for platinum partners.

This raises the question of whether we should identify Gold partners on the site. My gut feel is that we should only have a special designation for "Platinum" tier partners - 90%+ of partners join as gold contributing members so it doesn't make sense to designate gold members on the filter page, but perhaps just a Gold partner designation on the individual partners page. Perhaps we need a field on the partners page for the tier and then define the site behaviours?
