"&" or and needed when same course is offered at two levels

We now have the 1st example of an OERu micro-course that will be offered at 1st and 3rd year Bachelor levels (See Inspiring challenge of sustainable development) .

When checking radio button in the CMS for two level options, the CMS should insert "and" between "1st year Bachelor's" and "3rd year Bachelors"

Although unlikely, we should probably also cater for 3 or more options?
