OpenXML Filter: support default text style in presentations

The p:presentation/p:defaultTextStyle style is not used in the styles hierarchy processing at the moment.
It has to be used if a slide is not associated with a master slide or if no styling information has been otherwise specified for the text within the presentation slide - I was not managed to find out a way of creating such document structure with the help of available applications (PowerPoint or Impress).
For more information please refer to the attached document. It is manually constructed, so LibreOffice opens it for editing and MS Office emerges a repairing document dialogue.
