OpenXML Filter: Expose bookmarks as open/close codes, rather than standalone

Testcase attached. This contains a bookmark spanning the word “bookmark”. However, our extraction looks like this:

<source xml:lang="en">This contains a <x id="1"/>bookmark<x id="2"/>. </source>

We should be able to extract this as paired tags.
