Segmentation (including deepen segmentation option) removes all Properties and Annotations added to TextPart/Segment

Increasingly filters (xliff2) are adding Properties and Annotations directly to TextPart and Segment objects. The Segmentation step has no clear way to know how to copy the lost info to the newly created segments. In the identity case (same segment in and out) we could copy and this can be fixed. But if more than one new segment is created there is no clear strategy except duplicating the information on the new segments.

This is particularly an issue with the xliff2 (non-standard!) “needsSegmentation“ option, which if “canResegment=yes“ is set, will resegment the source (if there is a target this feature is turned off as it introduces the risk of misalignment)
