Merged in version 1.41 and 1.42 creates source instead of target, at least in filter okf_table

Dear developers: I have created a filter for CSV files adapted from "okf_table_csv". In the backconversion (Post-Processing ) in versions 1.41 and 1.42 with Rainbow, the files are created with the text in the source. With version 1.40 I have verified that they are created, as it should be, with the text in destination.
