Unsegmented text in segmented TTX

Some TTX files that are segmented may have spans of text outside the segments. Currently those parts are not extracted. Only text in segments are extracted when an entry is segmented. It would be nice to have an option would allow to make segments out of those parts.

Unsegmented parts of a TTX entry are now carried as segment, except when they have no text.
