After changing root directory in Rainbow tkit package is still produced under default root...
Issue #181
wontfix
Original [issue 181](https://code.google.com/p/okapi/issues/detail?id=181) created by @ysavourel on 2011-08-04T19:50:21.000Z:
This appears to happen under Windows only. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Rainbow and change the default root in from the main window. 2. Load an input file. 3. Select Utilities -> Translation Kit Creation -> Choose a tkit format (Versified for example) and press execute.
You will find the output package in the default user directory - not the (changed) root directory.
This seems reproducible each time.

This is the expected behavior as the default output root is ${rootDir} which is the directory of the project (or the user's home directory if the project is not saved).
To output to the root of the input files, use ${inputRootDir}.
