GlobalSight connector and WS connectors are affected by the bug. Axis 1 is not maintained anymore. But can't move to another version because GS uses RCP/encoded SOAP for its services.

But yes the resolution is to not use that lib and to prefer RESTful APIs
over webservices if possible.
