Glue option when preparing files

In the Rainbow Translation Kit Creation, it would be useful to have the option to "glue" the input files into a given number of output files, at least for some of the output types like XLIFF. The option could glue by number of files or possibly by size. The Rainbow Translation Kit Post-Processing would need to split the glued files into the corresponding output files as well.
