Extra ] and , in RTF output of extracted JSON

When creating an Original + RTF package from a JSON file, we get sometimes extra ] and , characters (duplications).

The problem does not occur when doing simple round trips.

Seems the issue is related with the "Extract strings without associated key" option.

Without looking too deply at the code it seems the Ending Skel and Start skel overlapped by 1 character for array items. JUnit tests pass. Hopefully there are no other side effects introduced with this fix.
