Cannot use okf_properties-html-subfilter from tikal
Original [issue 215](https://code.google.com/p/okapi/issues/detail?id=215) created by mihn... on 2012-04-12T20:05:49.000Z:
Using 16-SNAPSHOT (and also tried 15), and tikal -x allStrings.properties -fc okf\_properties-html-subfilter results in ERROR: Unkown subfilter: okf\_html
I have also tried -fc "okf\_properties-html-subfilter", -fc okf\_properties\_html\_subfilter.
Calling tikal -e shows okf\_properties-html-subfilter, creating a configuration from it results in a .fprm that also can't be used in tikal for -fc (same Unkown subfilter: okf\_html) error.

Yes, that was the issue. The fix will be in the next snapshot that will be available in about 45-60 minutes. Thanks for the report.

Looks like an internal dependency issue. We have (currently) to hard code the dependencies on sub-filters. Maybe we missed that one for the properties filter. I'll check.
