Invalid pairs in fromOriginal.tmx file generate in trans-kit

When pre-translating using SimpleTM we get non-100% matches in the fromOriginal.tmx file that is generated in the translation package. This is because the TMX output does not check for scores, just if a target exist, and when leveraging we will always have a target entry (that can be a copy of the source). The TMXWriter needs to check for scores.

Fixed in the TMX output changes done with the 'approved' properties.
