Source/Target conditional segmentation

Issue #250 wontfix
Former user created an issue

Original [issue 250](https://code.google.com/p/okapi/issues/detail?id=250) created by crm_...@yahoo.com on 2012-06-29T08:15:26.000Z:

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. upload a pre-segmented .tmx in Rainbow 2. start a Rainbow pipeline 3. add a step Segmentation and selected the source and target .srx rules 4. choose ´Keep existing segmentation, segment further against the .srx rules' 5. select the option ´Verify that a target segment matches each source segment when a target content exists´

What is the expected output? I expect that this will further segment those segments where source and target contain more than one sentence. However, I expect that further segmentation will only take place when the resulting number of segments in source and target is the same.

What do you see instead? segments are further segmented according to the .srx rules without taking into account that each source must have a target and vice versa. As a result, some bits of source get lost or source has an empty target.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I am using version 16, 64-bit, under Windows 7
