Two issues here:

1. Segment class needs to allow annotations and properties. 2. TextContainer does allow annotations and properties but doesn't implement the proper Okapi interfaces (IAnnotation, INamable)

This has been partially addressed with the new option is TMX, so the text unit are marked as "segmented" if needed.

Now fixed in latest okapi
