Update TXML filter for handling revisions

Wordfast has a new version of the TXML files.
the filter need to be updated to support new elements (like for the revisions).

    I'd say that this goes into the "Defect" category, not just "Enhancement". Revised segments are not converted correctly, i.e. the old version is extracted, not the revised one.

    This has been fixed. The old translations that is located in <revisions> is now skipped. The extracted text is the one of the main <target>.

    The fix will be in the next snapshot.

    Yes, both the filter that can be used from rainbow as well as the OmegaT filters plugin should have the fix.
