Some TXML file don't extract correctly to Omegat or Original+RTF

In some case, e.g. no <target> in <translate> the output for OmegaT as well as original+RTF don't work: there is no extracted text. only the entries with <target> get extracted.

Output with XLIFF, Text Modification work fine.
