Index entries, from DOCX files, are not translatable

Original issue 340 created by victor.jeanm... on 2013-05-28T12:54:00.000Z:

When we create XLIFF from DOCX, the index entries are embedded in inline code when they should be in translatable text.
These "XE" parameters should be accessibles as they are used to rebuild the index table.
