Step for Terminology fixes on translation candidates

Need to adapt S&R step or create a new one to provide terminology fixes on translation candidates.
The input would be a list of source term and their translation
Some tweaking for word-based match, smart casing, etc. may be needed.

Added mechanism to run replacements based on a tab delimited, UTF-8 encoded, 2 column text file. See wiki for instructions.
