Merging from Word Table to the original file

The File Format conversion step allows to create Word tables for review.
A very useful feature to add would be the capability to merge back changes into the original document that was used to create the Word table.

The table has the id information (it may need more (file, group, etc.) and letter-code place-holdes, so we can get the real codes from the original.
