S&R tab-delimited table not taking space as replacement

When trying to replace xyz by a space, using a table where one entry is xyz<tab><space> does not work. If the ,space> is something else it works.
Looks like an issue when reading te table (maybe trimming).

One should also make sure 'replace by nothing' is possible too.
