Request for TTX splitter

Request for a step that splits TTX documents based on word-count of the source.
The parameter would be a word count, and the step would create a new TTX each time that count is reached.
The process should be able to merge TTX files back too.

A first version of the TTX Splitter Step and the TTX Joiner Step have been implemented. It works on segmented documents for now.
