OpenXML: Inline formatting not seen as inline in Excel/XLSX

It seems any inline formatting of the Excel strings is not extracted as inline.

For example the cell text "Text in BOLD." with the "BOLD" part in bold is extracted as 3 separate text units. See the attached XSLX file and its extraction.
