LQI saved by CheckMate are saved on TextContainer rather than TextUnit

See issue #424: There is a difference between how CheckMate and Ocelot save their LQI entries. And on reading back CheckMate reads only the annotations on TextContainer.

    Much has changed in Okapi. We can now add Properties/Annotations to any resource including segments. Should reconsider this request.
