On Linux, in rainbow edit of parameters does not default on proper text editor

Currently if no editor is associated to a parameters file, Rainbow falls back to Notepad.exe, it should fall back to whatever is associated with .txt instead.

Fixed. Now the filter-access calls the program associated to .txt when an editor is not available. behavior may varies depending on each platform settings, but this is as close we can get to open the parameters file in a useable editor when nothing specialized is provided.
