okf_html produces malformed XLIFF for custom tags

The 'okf_html@wellFormed' produces malformed XLIFF when I add custom elements to configuration file (fprm).

I have used [e-mail] and added several custom tags used by Atlassian Confluence. Parsing source HTML produces no errors, but resulting XLIFF is missing closing tags, eg </file>

HTML filter configuration based on HTML Well Formed, but customised with Atlassian Confluence 5 elements. Custom elements are starting with 'ac:' and 'ri:'
