Relative path not updated when changing Root 1

Reproduction: * Open Rainbow (empty new project) * Add files to "Input List 1" * Change "Root 1" * Create Translation package

Result in debug window: * ERROR: Error reading zipped input file.

I think the path relative to the root is not updated after changing "Root 1".
