PO output is missing #, in some cases

For an input like this:

the output is:

\#: /src/string.h:201

msgid "%1s %2s" msgstr "%1s %2s"

It seems the issue is related to the option entry

\#: /src/string.h:201 \#, c-format msgid "%1s %2s" msgstr "%1s %2s"

gives

\#: /src/string.h:201

msgid "%1s %2s" msgstr "%1s %2s"

It was an issue with the parsing of the fuzzy flag. This is fixed.
