Missing event in rainbowkit XliffPackageWriter

When using the rainbowkit XliffPackageWriter with useSkeleton option, the target locale is getting removed from the ITextUnit in the subsequent steps.

The issue is that the event returned by skeletonWriter.handleEvent() is ignored. SkeletonWriter removes the target (for monolingual) as part of processTextUnit and returns a new Event. The new event is lost
