XLIFF with Segmented target not merging properly

Files prepared to XLIFF with pre-segmentation cannot be merged properly due to the extra segments codes compared to the pure <source> content. The fix is to unsegment the target in the merger.

Fixed. Now the segments of the <target> are merged before the data is processed.
