Truncated TextUnit with HTML filter

The attached test file gets me "gle Code project's Web site" as the content of the first text unit, while that <p> is:

<p>The source code of the Okapi Framework and its applications is freely available from <a href="http://code.google.com/p/okapi/">Google Code project's Web site</a>:</p>

And there is text before that paragraph too, but nothing comes through (not even as skeleton) before that text.
