Remove EventBuilder.addToTextUnit(ITextUnit)

Kuro Kurosaka created an issue

EventBuilder.addToTextUnit(ITextUnit) does not look complete.

The parameter is never used. The method has no unit test case. It is never used from other components in the Okapi source code.

In a discussion in the okapi-devel group, it was suggested this method should be removed.
