April 30, 2019 retirement of version 2 of the Microsoft Cognitive Services Translator Text API

It appears net.sf.okapi.connectors.microsoft.MicrosoftMTAPIImpl is using version 2 of the Microsoft Cognitive Services Translator Text API. I received an email from Microsoft that version 2 will be retired on April 30, 2019. On this date the machine translation feature of Okapi M36 will no longer function.
