OpenXML: Optionally extract field code values?

Oddly enough, the following strings fail to be extracted from the attached DOCX in the package prepare step: 18JFQ NA 2329-9 LNCS NEO ADHESIVE SENSOR

This issue appears still there in the new 1.39.0 version.

Those values are field codes. We don’t typically extract them because they often hold data that changes over time, which is difficult to localize.

Perhaps some field codes could be worth extracting, for example list of strings (dropDownList and listItemtags in OpenXML).
