CSV actions get modified by changing table type in Table filter editor

In the Table tab of the Table filter editor: When editing a copy of the default CSV: CSV is selected for table type, and Remove qualifiers, trim values are set. If you select TSV, those two options get disabled (ok) but also get modified (less ok): If you switch back to CSV, the Remove qualifiers and trim values are not set any more.

In other words: changing the table type makes modifications to the CSV actions. That can easily lead to modifying the actions by mistake. Note that CSV options stay unchanged when changing the table type.
