OpenXML Filter: bidi content formatting has to be taken into consideration throughout the whole styles hierarchy

Since the styles optimisation was introduced, there may appear various situations with inconsistent handling of bidi content formatting. For instance, the original document below

differs from the one after round-tripping it with the OpenXML filter

Such case is possible due to the fact that the bidi options are clarified on the document level, however, the styles part in this regard remains intact.
