HTML/XMLSTREAM filter elements set as ATTRIBUTES_ONLY still extract element text...

Jim Hargrave (OLD) created an issue

ATTRIBUTES_ONLY rule should extract only the flagged attributes, not the element text. This impacts all filter derived from AbstractMarkupFilter

In the attached file the text inside the note element is extracted.
